The James Taylor Quartet, The Rankings, Clint Boon and Dave Sweetmore at Uppermill Civic Hall

To a man and woman everyone on this bill smashed it. What a brilliant night in our fantastic village hall. The James Taylor Quartet are world class, if you don’t dance to this you are probably dead. The Rankings with The Inspiral Carpets Stephen Holt as lead singer showed just why they are so highly thought of by anyone who knows anything about music. The Manchester Legend that is Clint Boon played some great off the wall tunes and showed why he is such a highly sought after DJ and resident of South Manchesters best indie club. Personally I can die happy having Clint Boon play The Prisoners and then James Taylor walking out on to Uppermill Civic Hall,s stage, priceless. Then you get Dave Sweetnore sticking it all together with his box of tunes, what an incredible night.
